Contacts and LinksThe members of the Cornwall Litter Partnership and Cornwall's Waste Managers group are available by looking at the link on the right hand side.In addition there are a large number of organisations and local businesses who are involved with Clean Cornwall and also looking to improve the local environment. Please find below contact details for these organisations: North Hill Community Litter PartnershipNorth Hill is a rural parish with beautiful countryside on the eastern edge of Bodmin Moor. A small group of local people, concerned about the problem of litter on the roads, met together to prepare to do some litter picking. The group's activities soon developed into a project with these aims:
The importance of community involvement was quickly realized and the three Ps - Picking, Prevention and Partnership - emerged. These are now central to the Litter Free Project. Why not take a look at the new website www.litterfree.co.uk This project is part of Launceston area L.I.T.T.E.R. (Lanson's Initiative To Tackle Environmental Refuse). This group has brought together councillors, the NCDC Street Ranger and local volunteers to work together in the Launceston area to eradicate dropped rubbish, through direct action and education. Clean Cornwall Logo's and Design GuidelinesThere are a number of different Clean Cornwall Logo's available, depending upon the type of litter your publication is directed towards.The standard logo is the 'sun' logo, and this should be used in accordance with our guidelines in the majority of cases.
