In addition there are a large number of organisations and local businesses who are involved with Clean Cornwall and also looking to improve the local environment.

North Hill Community Litter Partnership

North Hill is a rural parish with beautiful countryside on the eastern edge of Bodmin Moor. A small group of local people, concerned about the problem of litter on the roads, met together to prepare to do some litter picking.

The group's activities soon developed into a project with these aims:

• To raise awareness about the problem of litter.
• To prevent littering on roads and public spaces in this parish.
• To keep roads and public spaces in our parish litter free.

The importance of community involvement was quickly realized and the three Ps - Picking, Prevention and Partnership - emerged. These are now central to the Litter Free Project.  Why not take a look at the new website www.litterfree.co.uk

This project is part of Launceston area L.I.T.T.E.R. (Lanson's Initiative To Tackle Environmental Refuse). This group has brought together councillors, the NCDC Street Ranger and local volunteers to work together in the Launceston area to eradicate dropped rubbish, through direct action and education.  For more details, please visit www.launcestonlitter.org.uk

Clean Cornwall Logo's and Design Guidelines

There are a number of different Clean Cornwall Logo's available, depending upon the type of litter your publication is directed towards.

The standard logo is the 'sun' logo, and this should be used in accordance with our guidelines in the majority of cases.  Listed to the right are the Clean Cornwall Design Guidelines and the different types of logo which are available to be used.
